HR Executive
Whytematter are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join their team based in Cookstown. Our client are Mechanical & Electrical Specialists, working to the highest standard of engineering excellence. Innovative and dynamic, this company are established in a number of industries.
Brief Duties
4. Oversee all aspects of recruitment and selection.
5. Review of the companies Group performance management processes to support talent management and staff retention.
6. Nurture staff engagement through e.g. staff feedback, Corporate Social Responsibility, promoting positive working relationships
7. Provide HR support, guidance and direction to managers and team leaders on HR procedures and processes and any employee related matters.
8. Lead recruitment programmes for graduates and apprentices, working closely with universities, colleges and schools
9. Identify current and future skills and resources gaps and provide solutions to fill shortfalls through new external hires.
What we’re looking for:
10. Minimum 2 years’ HR experience
11. Knowledge of and the ability to ensure compliance with employment law.
12. CIPD Qualification or working towards qualification / certificate
13. Computer Literacy: Should be proficient using Excel spreadsheets, databases, etc.
