As they continue to grow, they’re now looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their organic social and digital content strategy, with a strong focus on SEO and lead generation.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and creative digital marketer with a strong understanding of B2B audiences. You’ll be responsible for leading organic social media efforts, creating engaging and optimised content, and contributing directly to inbound lead generation. You’ll work alongside a passionate team in a business where digital marketing plays a key role in growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage the organic social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram—tailored specifically to engage B2B audiences and decision-makers.
* Content Creation & Curation: Plan, create, and schedule original, on-brand content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with target audiences and supports lead generation goals.
* SEO & Content Optimisation: Write and optimise digital content for SEO, ensuring that all web and social copy drives visibility, organic traffic, and conversion.
* Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, build relationships, and foster an online community that sees the business as a trusted voice in its sector.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on digital performance across platforms using analytics tools. Leverage insights to improve reach, engagement, and marketing ROI.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders—including the sales and product teams—to align digital marketing with broader business objectives.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay current with B2B marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure strategy remains fresh and effective.
* Campaign Management: Occasionally manage and support paid social campaigns to complement organic efforts and maximise reach.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing organic social media within a B2B environment.
* Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing for lead generation.
* Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, optimised content across formats (written, visual, and video).
* Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
* Competency in using analytics tools to measure and interpret performance metrics.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to deliver against KPIs and marketing goals.
* Comfortable working independently within a small team environment.
