This Italian restaurant based in Mayfair is looking for a senior Chef de partie who can work throughout all sections and become a valued member of the brigade, if you are looking to work in an amazing kitchen with a great Executive chef this is the job for you.
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join the team at a sophisticated Italian restaurant located in Central London. The restaurant offers a refined take on authentic Italian cuisine, combining traditional flavours with a modern British influence, all served in a stylish and welcoming setting.
About the Role Focus on fresh, seasonal Italian dishes including handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza, and grilled specialties
Daily lunch and dinner service with all dishes prepared from scratch
Structured rota : 3 double shifts + 1 single shift, with 3 days off per week
Salary: £39,000 - £44,000 per annum (depending on experience) incl
Work in a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a friendly and professional brigade
What We're Looking For At least 3 years' experience in fine dining restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private members' clubs
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and confident working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
A proactive, hands-on approach and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Passion for high standards and a desire to grow within a supportive, ambitious kitchen
