Energy Property Associate/Senior Associate (3-10 PQE)
Are you an experienced Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate looking to advance your career in Energy Property law? We are seeking an ambitious individual with 3 to 10 years PQE to join an esteemed firm in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile energy property transactions and provide expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on a wide range of energy property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development projects
* Drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements
* Conducting due diligence and managing transactions from inception to completion
* Providing strategic legal advice to clients in the energy sector
* Collaborating with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
* Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor with 3 to 10 years of PQE in Energy or Infrastructure Real Estate law
* Strong knowledge of the energy sector and property law
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic advice
* Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
