Job Title: Senior IT Consultant – ESG Software Implementation
We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to manage the end-to-end implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) software for our clients. You will be responsible for configuring the platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and fully onboarding clients to maximise adoption and value.
Key Responsibilities• Lead ESG software implementation projects from planning through to go-live.• Configure, customise, and optimise the platform to meet client needs.• Manage data migration, system integration, and API connections where required.• Deliver client training, onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption.• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.• Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations throughout the process.
Requirements• Proven experience implementing enterprise IT/software solutions for clients. (5 years of previous relevant experience)• Strong project management and client-facing skills.• Familiarity with ESG reporting or compliance software (preferred but not necessary)• SAP experience and working knowledge of APIs (beneficial).• Understanding of supply chain processes (beneficial).• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
