Role Overview
CybaVerse is an ambitious, fast-growing SaaS company. As we continue to scale, we27re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Office Administrator to keep our finances accurate, our office and team supported.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Administration
* Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and staff expenses.
* Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
* Assist with bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and credit control (lead).
* Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Maxio and Excel).
* Support month-end and year-end processes, including providing data for management accounts.
Office & Operations Administration
* Act as the first point of contact for general office queries and communications.
* Equipment and facilities management.
* Organise company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding processes.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Cross-Functional Support
* Work closely with finance, HR, and operational teams to support business processes.
* Assist with reporting and data entry for SaaS metrics and operational KPIs.
* Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a finance, office administration, or similar role.
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software (Xero and Maxio preferred).
* Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
