Job description:
Labourer required for a highly regarded regional developer. ITS Building people are looking for a Labourer to assist our client with a project based in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
This contract will be a 12 week temporary contract through us with the end goal to go permanent with the company, with hours being 40 a week, Monday-Friday and there may be an option to work overtime on the weekends at a higher rate.
Additional training and a full-time contract may be provided for the right candidates.
The Role will be doing:
* To undertake cleaning of communal entrances, stairwells, corridors, bin stores and areas identified within the cleaning specification. This will include but is not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, washing of floors, walls, ceilings, doors and other fixtures and fittings; cleaning of internal windows, litter picking, graffiti removal, carpet cleaning and using hazard signs when required.
Requirements for the role
* Own PPE ( Hard hat, Hi-Vis, Safety Shoes)
* Must Drive
* Previous Cleaning expirence
* ITS Building People - Trades & Labour requirement
