To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are seeking a proactive and creative Internal Communications Specialist to support the rollout of a new internal communications platform across NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER. Working closely with HR, leadership, and the Brand & Customer team, you’ll help shape how we connect with our teams and bring our culture to life through engaging content.

Reporting into: Head of HR NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
8. · Lead the development of tailored internal communications strategies for NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER, in collaboration with store CEOs, HRBPs and key stakeholders
9. · Create engaging written and visual content for the new internal communications platform, tailored to different business areas
10. · Build templates, content calendars, and tone-of-voice guidelines in partnership with the Brand and Customer team
11. · Work with internal teams to ensure content is accessible, on-brand, and aligned with company values and culture
12. · Build a structured handover including a content plan, templates, and feedback mechanisms for future use
The type of person we are looking for:
13. · 2–4 years’ experience in internal communications, content creation, or employee engagement
14. · Excellent written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and the ability to create clear, engaging copy
15. · Comfortable using tools like Canva, SharePoint, or similar platforms to create and manage content
16. · Organised and detail-oriented, with good time management and a proactive, collaborative mindset
17. · A creative thinker who enjoys coming up with ideas and solutions that improve employee experience.
