* Managing waste, recycling processes and associated operational costs/taxes
* Overseeing on‑site equipment management to maximise value, efficiency and operational performance
* Working closely with the wider Logistics distribution and supply chain operation to identify efficiencies and continuous improvements
Key experience
* Previous experience operating as an Operations Manager within warehousing, transport or distribution environments
* Strong understanding of transport compliance, fleet management and O Licence responsibilities
* Experience managing courier relationships, transport costs and delivery performance
* Practical Health & Safety management experience within warehouse operations
* Familiarity with import/export processes involving Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland movements, ideally including Trader Support Service (TSS) exposure
* Strong operational and commercial awareness with a focus on efficiency and cost control
* Comfortable working within SME environments where visibility and hands‑on involvement are essential
* Experience operating within a broader Logistics distribution and supply chain function
This Operations Manager role would suit someone organised, commercially aware and operationally hands‑on, who enjoys building structure, improving efficiency and becoming a key part of a growing business.
