The Role
As an Audit Semi-Senior, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of audit engagements, working closely with senior auditors and managers. This role offers a mix of audit and accounts work, giving you well-rounded experience and excellent career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with audit assignments from planning to completion
* Preparing statutory accounts under UK GAAP and IFRS
* Performing risk assessments and testing controls
* Supporting senior team members with client advisory work
* Managing client relationships and ensuring a high standard of service
* Providing guidance and support to junior team members
What We’re Looking For
* Part-qualified ACA/ACCA (or actively studying towards qualification)
* Experience in a mixed audit and accounts role within an accountancy practice
* Strong understanding of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and auditing standards
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
* A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
