Job Description
The successful Customer Service Representative will:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaborate effectively with the Secretarial & Business Support team to ensure consistency in client communication.
* Document client interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
* Maintain knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
* Provide feedback on customer service trends, potential issues, and client needs.
* Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
* Contribute to team efforts to achieve customer service goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Representative should have:
* Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an office environment.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Problem-solving abilities and resilience in challenging situations.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
