CRM Manager (Salesforce) - 18 Month FTC
Robert Half are working with a purpose-led organisation in the science and research, and education space, who is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead their customer engagement strategy and Salesforce platform development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of CRM in a globally focused, digitally evolving organisation where customer data and insight sit at the heart of commercial and community growth. The successful candidate will shape and deliver CRM strategy, lead a small technical team, and influence internal stakeholders across marketing, digital, publishing, events, and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the organisation-wide CRM vision and strategy, with a core focus on Salesforce
2. Lead platform optimisation and roadmap development, aligned with customer experience goals
3. Collaborate across departments to embed a consistent, insight-led approach to CRM
4. Manage internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver scalable improvements
5. Deliver actionable insights, reports, and dashboards to support marketing, commercial, and service teams
6. Ensure data compliance and GDPR adherence across systems and processes
7. Coach and develop a team of Salesforce administrators and CRM specialists
