This is great opportunity for a senior level Client Relationship Manager/Account Manager to join the Sales & Marketing team of a growing commercial business in Richmond. This is a true customer support and renewals role, and you will be managing large accounts across the UK and internationally, primarily within EdTech. The role is a mix of coordination and soft sales activity where you will be engaging repeat contacts, developing promotional plans in conjunction with clients and maximising sales activity. It involves UK trips to events c3-4 times a year and may also offer some international trips. This role is fully office-based Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Using account management skills to maximise sales of training products, primarily to sizeable education and healthcare sector clients
* Acting as a brand ambassador and source of knowledge, able to clearly articulate information to customers and partners
* Developing promotional marketing plans and regularly communicate these with international offices
* Considerable coordination of events and organising demos for customers
* Maintaining strong relationships and upselling additional products to current and previous clients
* Identifying new business opportunities and pitching proposals
* Coaching of junior sales team members
