About the role
Our Corporate donor base is growing fast, and this new role will be responsible for developing the opportunities thisbrings. As Corporate and Events Fundraising Officer, you will take the lead on partnership activity, designingand implementing amazing experiences for our supporters to maximise the value of these relationships.
This role is an essential part of our Relationships Team - incorporating Fundraising, Communications and Press &Public Affairs. It is a rewarding role and is part of a collaborative, supportive and motivated team.
About you
You’ll be an experienced fundraiser with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a genuine interest in putting our supporters first,preferably with experience of a corporate audience specifically. You’ll be able to spot opportunities and becreative and motivated enough to put a variety of new ideas into action.
Like us, you’ll be relationships-based and values-led in all that you do. Your excellent organisational skills willkeep you on track in a varied role, and your strong interpersonal skills will inspire a real variety ofsupporters to tackle the causes and consequences of homelessness with us.

As part of the Relationships Team, you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who share your passion to tacklehomelessness and its root causes. We’ll encourage you to be creative and innovative, and to take a pragmaticapproach to planning and implementing new initiatives.
You’ll be part of the growing Fundraising team, with the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across Marketingand Communications, the wider Relationships team and Cyrenians projects.
You will be supported to attend training and networking events to deepen your knowledge of the issues surroundinghomelessness and social exclusion; engage with the local business community and extend your professionalnetwork.

Cyrenians Mediation & Support service has been working with families in Scotland since 2006. We know familybreakdown is the main cause of youth homelessness in Scotland, which is why we endeavour to ensure every youngperson we work with has a safe home environment and the strong relationships that make this possible.
About the role
This role is part of the Promise Partnership Project - Youth Justice & Rights. You’ll be working with youngpeople and their families, carers or guardians, to offer a mediation process that will help them addressconflict before it leads to the young person becoming homeless.
The people we work with experience varied challenges, including: involvement in the criminal justice system;substance abuse; being in the care-system; and adverse childhood experiences.
In collaboration with our Family Outreach Workers, you will offer mediation to support the whole family to provide asafe space that will help them achieve a positive outcome (i.e. the young person remains at home, or moves outin a planned way).
About you
We are looking for a qualified and experienced mediator. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to buildtrusting relationships with people from a range of different backgrounds.

About the role
As Community Gardener you’ll contribute to developing a creative and interactive garden and programme for thoseengaging with our services. You’ll be surprised at how many opportunities you’ll have to perfect planting, bringnew ideas and share your enthusiasm and garden knowledge with others. As you’d imagine, there are plenty ofchances to get your hands dirty – and it’s safe to say you’ll never be bored!

At Cyrenians we tackle the causes and consequences of homelessness by taking a Public Health Approach to HomelessnessPrevention. We take a values-led and relationships-based approach to delivering all our services.
Rock Trust are delighted to be expanding the successful ‘Housing First for Youth’ service into Glasgow. We arelooking for a team member who has experience of supporting young vulnerable people accessing our services. Therole will involve working intensively with a small caseload of young people to coordinate and provide emotionaland practical support.
The Project Worker will work directly with young people to coordinate and provide emotional and practical support ona 1:1 and group basis. Working with young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to ensure that whenhomelessness can’t be avoided, their experience of homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring.
The Project Worker will offer line management, guidance, and support to Support Assistants and volunteers, workingtogether to support young people to return or remain at home, improve their practical independent living skills,set up their own tenancy and access other services and to reach their full potential. Project Workers areresponsible for completing support plans and risk assessments and are the main contact for any key peopleinvolved in the care and support of young people.
In addition to the responsibilities in the JD, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
