Teaching Assistant - KS2 (Primary School)

Pay: From £16.80 per hour
Spencer Clarke Group are working with a supportive primary school in Leyland who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support across Key Stage 2 on a full-time basis.
This role offers a varied and rewarding structure, with classroom support in the mornings and targeted intervention support in the afternoons, helping pupils to make progress and build confidence in their learning.

The Role:
* Provide classroom support in KS2 during morning sessions.
* Deliver small group and targeted interventions in the afternoons.
* Support pupils with learning, engagement and progress.
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
* Help maintain a structured and positive learning environment.
* Adapt support to meet the needs of individual pupils where required.

Requirements:
* Experience working within a primary school setting, ideally KS2.
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred (or relevant experience).
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
