Critical care are looking for a staff nurse to join their Intensive Care Unit team. Applicants for this position should have extensive acute ward experience and a genuine interest to work in this speciality. Experience within critical care would be advantageous however not essential as a comprehensive orientation will be given.
Applicants must be able to work in a busy area, dealing with complex patient conditions. They must be genuinely interested in Critical Care nursing and be motivated, enthusiastic and hard working. Good time management, organisational skills and communication skills are required to work within this team.
The successful applicant will be primarily based in ICU however work across the critical care floor will be required.
The shift pattern is 12.5hrs and requires day / night rotation and weekend work.
