Instructional Designer £35K Basic Salary + excellent benefits Burton upon Trent (2 x a week) This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-respected and established L&D function, providing learning for individuals nationally. As an Instructional Designer, you’ll design engaging, digital learning experiences. You will work closely with learning leads and subject matter experts to understand needs and to define objectives, through to translating complex knowledge into high-quality scripts and storyboards to working with content developers and graphic designers to bring the learning to life. This role is a full-time position, with hybrid working (2 days a week in the West Midlands office).
