Description
As a Corporate Finance Director at Xeinadin, you will be a strategic leader responsible for delivering exceptional client outcomes and managing complex transaction processes across a variety of sectors. You'll work alongside Partners to shape the strategic direction of the Corporate Finance function, lead high-value engagements, and contribute significantly to business development and firm-wide growth initiatives.
This senior-level role is suited for a commercially astute and entrepreneurial individual with proven experience in executing corporate finance transactions, developing junior talent, and expanding client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive key corporate finance projects, providing high-level oversight and acting as lead advisor to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with business owners, stakeholders, and third-party advisors, acting as the go-to expert for strategic and financial advice.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of Information Memoranda, financial models, due diligence, and deal negotiation strategies.
• Apply robust knowledge of financial modelling, business valuations, and transaction structuring (including working capital, cash flow analysis, and debt/equity funding).
• Inspire and lead the team - ensuring quality delivery, skill development, and knowledge sharing.
• Identify and convert new opportunities through proactive networking, relationship building, pitch development, and proposal delivery.
• Collaborate with Partners to influence and implement the strategic objectives of the Corporate Finance team within the wider firm.
Key Requirements
• ACA or ACCA qualified (or Qualified by Experience).
• Proven track record of leading complex corporate finance transactions end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of M&A, fundraising, valuations, and financial strategy.
• Excellent commercial judgement and client advisory skills.
• Advanced financial modelling and deal structuring capabilities.
