This is a key leadership role, combining strategic ownership with hands-on technical oversight and people management.What you’ll be doing:Owning the product development roadmap and aligning it with business objectivesLeading and developing a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientistsDriving new product innovation alongside continuous improvement of existing solutionsOverseeing design, testing, validation, and transition into productionManaging budgets, timelines, and technical resourcesCollaborating closely with manufacturing, quality, sales, suppliers, and external partnersEnsuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirementsWhat we’re looking for:MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar (PhD advantageous)10+ years’ experience in advanced product development or scientific/engineering environmentsProven leadership experience managing technical teamsStrong background in complex systems, electronics, sensors, or instrumentationA track record of delivering products from concept through to productionExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsWhy apply?
