Temp Legal Secretary – Boutique Law Firm
London | Temp / Ongoing | Immediate start
A highly regarded boutique law firm in the West End is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary / PA to provide temporary support across their Private Wealth, Disputes and Family teams during a busy period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, friendly firm known for its high-quality work, loyal clients and collaborative culture.
The role
You’ll be supporting Partners and Fee Earners with a varied and fast-paced workload, including:
\t
* Diary management, scheduling meetings and court dates
\t
* Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
\t
* Audio and copy typing
\t
* File opening, billing and document management
\t
* Liaising with clients, counsel and third parties
\t
* General PA and administrative support
The ideal candidate
We’re keen to speak with experienced Legal Secretaries / PAs who:
\t
* Have worked in Private Client, Family, Litigation or Disputes (or similar)
\t
* Are confident supporting senior lawyers in a busy environment
\t
* Have strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
\t
* Are proactive, reliable and comfortable hitting the ground running
\t
* Are available immediately or on short notice
