We are seeking an Integration Manager to join a major programme delivering complex and high-profile infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and integrate multi-disciplinary teams across large, complex programmes.
* Coordinate delivery partners, stakeholders, and wider programme activities to ensure objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
* Deputize for the Programme Manager when required.
* Provide leadership, drive results, and build strong collaborative relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Support continuous improvement, milestone tracking, and programme reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven leadership experience in large or complex capability delivery programmes.
2. Ability to work in structured environments with innovative problem-solving skills.
3. Strong stakeholder management and experience leading cross-functional or virtual teams.
