We are seeking a Change Management and Communications specialist to create and execute a change & communication strategy for one of our major Transformational Projects.This person will own the delivery of the whole communicationprogram targeted atcommercial audiences.
The Communications Lead will report to the Commercial Enablement team with a dotted line to the TransformationDirector.
This role is limited to 17/18 months.
What You´ll Do on a Typical Day:
1. Owning, managing, and delivering communication strategy for the specific transformational project.
2. Develops, implements and communicates strategies and key messages in clear and concise language using a variety of communication tactics.
3. Create targeted communication to commercial audience.
4. Communication includes, but is not limited to, Emails, FAQs, Leadership Communication packages, etc
5. Managing the project related intranet pages: Setup, create and manage content.
6. Creation of material for Commercial Leadership meetings relevant for the project and support facilitating the meetings.
7. Collaborate across multiple teams to assess needs, problem statements, requirements, acceptance criteria and timelines.
8. Cross-team collaborationand alignment with Internal Marketing and Communications team.
9. Adapting content of external communication messages to targeted commercialaudience.
10. Champion change and ensure contributors and stakeholders understand the program objectives and benefits.
11. Apply a change management process to create a strategy to support and adoption of the changes required.
12. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
13. Integrate change management activities into project plan.
14. Shared mailbox monitoring.
What We´re Looking For:
15. English as first language required. Any additional language is a plus.
16. 10+ years of experience in communications and change management.
17. Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
18. Proven ability to lead meetings and deliver compelling presentations.
19. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships.
20. Professional, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to drive change amidst resistance.
21. Skilled in managing time effectively and balancing multiple priorities.
22. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
23. Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and global business environments.
24. Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well within diverse teams while upholding ethical standards.
