VANRATH is delighted to partner with a well-known Public Sector Organisation across NI to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Group Billing and Expenses Supervisor to join a growing finance team. This newly established role responds to increased demands from recent acquisitions and is initially temporary.

Responsibilities
* Administer weekly agency timesheet processing and interface preparation
* Support and control functions for Travel and Subsistence on Selenity
* Ensure accurate and timely payment of group utility bills
* Manage the corporate credit card scheme, including sign-off and reconciliation
* Support the Staff Benefits portal
Candidate Profile
Candidates should demonstrate at least 2 years' experience in a finance or transaction processing environment, including:
* Use of management systems in transaction processing
* Advanced spreadsheet skills
* Application of double-entry bookkeeping
* Reconciliation activities
* Managing group bills or payroll processes
