The Alternative Provision Manager will lead and coordinate the strategic planning and day-to-day operations of alternative provision at Meden School. This role is crucial in ensuring that students who require additional support beyond the mainstream classroom are provided with bespoke, high-quality educational opportunities that support their academic progress, personal development, and successful reintegration or progression. The post-holder will work closely with pastoral staff, external providers, families, and other stakeholders to create personalised learning pathways, ensure safeguarding compliance, and improve outcomes for some of the school’s most vulnerable learners.
