Autism Learning Assistant - Behaviour Support - Croydon Location: Croydon, South London Start Date: Immediate ⏰ Contract Type: Full-time, long-term Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with Autism and Complex needs? We are working with a supportive secondary school in Croydon who are seeking a skilled and resilient Autism Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing 1:1 and small group behaviour support for students in KS3 and KS4, many of whom have behavioural needs and EHCPs related to Autism. You will work closely with the SENCO and behaviour team to implement strategies that help students regulate emotions, engage in lessons, and develop positive relationships in school.
