Business Development Manager – Construction Skills Bootcamps We are recruiting on behalf of a leading national training provider, delivering high-quality apprenticeships, short courses, and training programmes across priority sectors including construction, health & social care, and early years. Their mission is to create opportunities for learners of all ages to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in their careers, while supporting employers to meet industry demands. We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in new business generation within the construction sector to drive the growth of our Construction Skills Bootcamps and apprenticeship programmes. Key Responsibilities Drive new business opportunities with a clear focus on Construction Skills Bootcamps and related qualifications. Meet and exceed financial and non-financial business development targets. Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with construction employers across the UK. Build and maintain strong employer relationships, representing the organisation professionally at all times. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless employer and learner journey from engagement through to enrolment. Provide accurate information, advice, and guidance to employers and learners. Maintain and report on all business development activity. Represent the organisation at events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings, promoting training solutions within construction.About You Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction or training sector (minimum 1 year). A track record of selling training solutions or services to construction employers. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to meet ambitious new business targets. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
