Overview

Data Entry Clerk roles available working DAYS Monday – Friday for an award winning global document storage company in London EC4A (nearest tube stations are Farringdon and Blackfriars) with set hours!!


Hours & Shifts

Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday
Days: 8am – 4pm (0800 – 1600) OR 9am – 5pm (0900 – 1700)


Pay Rate

Pay Rate: £15.45 per hour


Responsibilities

* Preparing documents from a government department in preparation for scanning, including separating sheets, removing staples and separating booklets
* Keying in data from the documents into the computer system
* Scanning the documents to ensure a good digital copy is produced
* A performance driven operation with tight deadlines


Requirements / Qualifications

* Data Entry, Administration or Scanning experience is required
* Previous experience using scanning equipment is desirable although full training will be provided
* Good written and spoken English language
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work in a targeted environment
* Good dexterity
* Must be able to travel to Hoddesdon EN11 0RF for training for the first 2 weeks

The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check and provide verifiable employment/ education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client. This is free of charge as Meridian Business Support cover the cost.
