1. Proven experience in residential childcare
2. Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
3. A full UK driving licence – essential for transporting young people and attending external meetings
4. A calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to care
5. Be able to work shift patterns including sleep ins (Rota plan given in advance but likely to be 2 on 4 off)
6. Full, UK driving licence (essential)
