The role:
* Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
* Work across various RIBA stages, ensuring high-quality design and technical delivery
* Prepare design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications
* Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and planning policies
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver successful outcomes
* Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring efficiency and quality control
Requirements:
* Qualified Architect RIBA / ARB
* Experience within conservation and heritage projects
* 3 plus years post qualification experience
* Proficient in CAD, Vectorworks experience would be desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in undertaking complex condition surveys of heritage sites and an understanding of traditional building materials
