MacGregor Black are partnering with a global food manufacturing business on the search for a Global Reward & Benefits Lead. This is a high-impact, visible role operating across Europe and wider international markets, supporting a business with significant scale, heritage, and ambitious growth plans. Role is a permanent, hybrid role based in North London.


As Global Reward & Benefits Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR stakeholders and business leaders, shaping and delivering compensation and benefits strategies that enable the organisation to attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally.

Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will bridge global frameworks with local market realities, ensuring reward programmes are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business performance.

This role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery, spanning annual reward cycles, transformation projects, and ongoing advisory across multiple geographies.


Key Responsibilities:


* Lead on global compensation strategy, including job evaluation, benchmarking, and pay structure design
* Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support complex hiring and reward decisions
* Drive consistency and internal equity across multiple markets while respecting local nuances
* Oversee global benefits governance, including programme design, cost modelling, and market competitiveness
* Support and enhance annual reward processes such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, and performance-linked rewards
* Deliver strategic reward projects, including regulatory and compliance initiatives across European markets
* Provide data-driven insights and modelling to inform business-critical decisions
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and the wider business


What We’re Looking For:


* Proven experience in compensation and benefits within an international or global organisation
* Strong knowledge of European reward practices and regulatory landscape
* Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment
* Advanced analytical capability, with strong Excel and data interpretation skills
* Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at senior level
* Experience balancing strategic project work with operational delivery
* Commercial mindset with the ability to link reward decisions to business outcomes
