Office Administrator
Location: Office-based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 am – 4:45pm
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
We're supporting a well-established business based in Leamington that supplies specialist equipment to the manufacturing sector. They're now looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a varied position combining customer service with internal administrative support, working closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities of an Office Administrator:
You'll play a central role in the smooth running of operations, delivering excellent service to customers while ensuring internal teams have the support they need. Typical duties include:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Providing administrative support to colleagues in the UK and abroad
Organising logistics for machinery dispatch and delivery
Processing spares enquiries and orders
Coordinating schedules and supporting team workflows
Maintaining accurate records and managing internal data systems
Requirements of an Office Administrator:
