The Quality Advisor shall support all Quality Assurance activities within the business, working closely with Production, Projects, Clients, Contractors, Third Parties, and Suppliers.
The job holder must effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, demonstrate enthusiasm in problem-solving, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Quality management systems and processes, reporting issues to line management as appropriate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Improve the Balmoral Comtec Business to ensure:
* Proactive health and safety management across all projects.
* Implementation of defined strategies in all business areas.
* Collaboration between Technical, Production, Engineering, and R&D departments to enable new and existing products/processes.
* Review of the latest technologies through attendance at technology shows and seminars.
* Employee training in lean methodologies where applicable.
* Management of departmental projects ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and value.
* Continuous review and sustainable implementation of current production processes.
* Collaboration with Maintenance and Production teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Training
Qualifications: Professionally qualified or with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with strong understanding of lean processes.
Experience:
* Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
* Manufacturing experience, especially in composites or plastics, is desirable.
* Problem solving and troubleshooting in manufacturing.
* Experience with production automation is desirable.
* Good financial awareness.
* Strong HSE background.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
* Analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and improve them.
* Lean manufacturing skills to eliminate waste.
* Effective communication skills for working with all levels.
* Technical skills, including knowledge of PLC development is desirable.
