In this position, youll support Account Executives with managing a commercial insurance client portfolio by processing renewals and endorsements, liaising with insurers, handling client queries, and maintaining accurate, compliant records. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Ideal candidates will bring previous commercial broking or insurance account-handling experience, strong organisational abilities, superb attention to detail, and familiarity with systems like Acturis and FCA compliance.
