About The Role

To support the Operational team in all aspects of their administrative and operational duties. To ensure the accurate recording of data on AMCS and liaise between customers and drivers to maintain high customer service levels.

Main Purpose of The Job

* Liaise with operational personnel and ensure all systems are updated.
* Manage the administration activities of the department effectively.
* Develop positive relationships with customers.
* Minimize invoice queries and investigate credit requests made by customers.
* Ensure all data input is accurate and completed timely.
* Complete all end-of-week checks before the monthly invoice run.

Main Tasks and Activities

* Resolve all customer missed collection queries promptly.
* Resolve all customer invoice queries promptly.
* Utilize IT systems effectively and ensure accurate data recording.
* Record gains and losses on the depot progress spreadsheet.
* Manage emails efficiently and ensure they are filed appropriately.
* Ensure Helpdesks are clear or in progress daily.
* Update reception on service issues, such as vehicle breakdowns.
* Keep key accounts informed about service issues affecting their customers.
* Contact missed customers to explain reasons and confirm rescheduled collection days.
* Monitor routes and report driver non-compliance to the Service Administrator.
* Manage delivery and collection tickets daily, updating customers on delivery and collection dates.

Skills And Experience

* Good administration skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft applications
* Excellent customer service skills
* Team player
* Ability to work independently
