* Full P&L responsibility of the global unit
* Develop a strong understanding of the markets, customers, and products to drive strategic commercial decisions fueling growth
* Provide overall strategic management, direction, and leadership of the division across all core functions
* Create and sustain an environment and culture that drives accelerated growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
* Ensure strategic direction aligns with the overall segment being accountable for the overall performance of the division
* Develop and executive a cohesive growth strategy for inorganic and organic growth focusing on high growth and profitable market segments
* Work with the Divisional President and overall segment on integrating future acquired companies that align with the business unit
* Establish and implement an organizational structure in alignment with the strategic vision that supports the current organization and future state regarding customers, operations, commercial, etc.
* Work with global leadership teams and operations to drive operational improvements for best in class production and quality
* Work closely with functional heads contributing to contract negotiations, costing, pricing, and other related commercial activities
* Develop annual operating budget, forecasts, and leading quarterly and annual reviews
* Implement talent development, evaluation, and success planning activities with the HR Leadership team supporting current and future talent needs
* Develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and other strategic partners
* Drive leadership team in a positive and collaborative approach focusing on a team based culture
* Think like an owner driving and maintaining a goal oriented, entrepreneurial environment with legacy business and new business
