Overview
Our Client are seeking a dedicated Part Time Legal Administrator to join their team on a contractual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your administrative expertise to a dynamic and industrious environment. Hours are 20 per week.
Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the legal department
* Managing and organising legal documents and records
* Assisting with the preparation of legal correspondence and documentation
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
* Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with legal procedures
* Updating and maintaining internal databases and filing systems
* Responding to queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting the legal team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements
* Experience in an administrative role, ideally within professional setting
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Understanding of legal terminology and procedures is advantageous
