Registered Children’s Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Tayside Children’s Hospital Ward 29, High Dependency and Children’s Assessment Unit for Registered Children’s Nurses to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for paediatric nurses to further develop their skills and gain knowledge in a supportive environment.
You are invited to apply if you have up-to-date clinical skills, clinical experience, and preferably experience working within acute paediatrics. You must be committed to working in a fast‑paced, person‑centred environment, able to demonstrate excellent team‑working skills and the ability to work using your own initiative.
Qualifications: You must be registered on Sub‑part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub‑part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
Hours of work: Day/Night rotation including weekends. Permanent and fixed‑term/secondment positions are available.
* 2 posts – 30 hours per week
* 1 post – 34.5 hours per week
* Fixed term/secondment for 1 year
* 1 post – 23 hours per week
* 1 post – 30 hours per week
Current NHS Tayside employees: Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.
