Your new role
As the Artworker within the in-house Marketing Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality artwork across a broad portfolio of multi-brand collateral. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate, production‑ready artwork for both print and digital channels—including menus, POS, brochures, presentations, campaign toolkits, social media assets, email graphics, and more.
You’ll adapt master designs into multiple formats, maintain brand consistency, manage a high volume of briefs, and collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders. You will also prepare artwork for print, liaise with suppliers when needed, optimise digital assets, and maintain organised file systems that support seamless workflow.
What you'll need to succeed
1. 2+ years’ experience as an artworker within an in‑house team, agency, or fast‑paced creative environment.
2. Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (Premiere Pro is a bonus).
3. Solid understanding of print production, colour management, and file preparation.
4. Confidence working across multiple brands and formats.
5. Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy.
6. Ability to manage high‑volume workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
7. Strongmunication skills and a collaborative approach.
8. Basic copywriting skills are a plus.
