About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students with additional needs
* Assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons to ensure all students can access the curriculum
* Help maintain a positive and respectful learning environment
* Support students’ personal development, emotional wellbeing, and confidence

* Start date: September 2025
* Location: Sunderland (good public transport links and on-site parking)
* Contract: Initially through Protocol Education with potential to transition to a permanent school role after a successful placement period
* Experience required: No previous school experience needed – full training provided
