We believe in six core values that drive everything we do: Aim High · Be Coachable · Commit to Development · Respect Your Team · Support Your Community · Exceed Expectations The Role As a Coach, you’ll deliver world-class small and large group training sessions while supporting every member’s journey through onboarding, fulfilment, and ongoing communication. We also have an opportunities for Reformer instructors to lead our Reformer Club classes, either alongside or instead of our Small Group sessions. You’ll bring energy, professionalism, and passion to every session — helping members stay engaged, consistent, and progressing. What You’ll Do Deliver Small Group Personal Training, Large Group and/or Reformer Pilates sessions to a high standard. Lead Onboarding sessions — introducing new members, setting up goals, and providing early-stage feedback. Support Fulfilment & Client Management, including check-ins, feedback calls, and progress tracking through the 90-Day Programme. Promote referrals and trials, ensuring every new visitor gets an exceptional experience. Contribute to content creation — filming, editing, and posting engaging social media content. Complete daily and weekly studio maintenance checks to uphold brand standards. Collaborate with the Head Coach to support member retention and community events.
