We’re seeking an experienced Associate to join a dynamic MEP consultancy in central Manchester. This is a key leadership role within a well-established, design-led practice delivering high-quality projects across sectors including healthcare, education, residential, and commercial.
You'll lead mechanical design delivery, manage teams, and play a vital role in client relationships and strategic development. There’s a clear pathway to future equity participation for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
* Chartered (or working towards) with CIBSE/IMechE
* Strong design, leadership, and client-facing experience
* A passion for innovation and sustainable building design
