About the Role
As a Regional Field Supervisor, you’ll be the key support for a team of interviewers across your region. You’ll provide coaching, quality assurance, and operational support to ensure high standards of productivity, morale, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Interviewer Support & Development
* Coach and appraise interviewers, offering constructive feedback.
* Identify development needs and escalate concerns to the Line Manager.
* Conduct quality control checks and provide timely feedback.
Training & Briefings
* Support training sessions and project briefings both in-person and in the field.
* Deliver one-to-one or small group top-up briefings as needed.
* Represent Verian at survey briefings and ensure professional standards.
Interviewing
* Conduct interviews when required, including emergency recoveries and specialist assignments.
* Handle re-issues and convert refusals/non-contacts into successful interviews.
General Duties
* Adhere to ISO standards and the MRS Code of Conduct.
* Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Be flexible with working hours to meet business needs.
