Contract Manager
Location: National (home location near Sheffield)
Contract Sites: Blackpool, York, Pontefract, Gateshead and Wallingford with occasional travel to sites in Ballymount and Broomhill in Ireland.
Contract may grow with more sites in UK and Ireland.
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE) plus Company Car/Allowance

We’re seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a sharp commercial focus and a proven ability to run large, multi-site operations. You’ll be accountable for the performance of one of our newest Soft FM contracts, ensuring seamless delivery of services, client satisfaction, and strong financial results across 7 sites.

Your Role
* Act as the single point of accountability for contract delivery and client relationship management.
* Ensure effective delivery of cleaning, security, catering, vending, and 3rd party providers
* Lead the contract’s P&L, drive cost efficiencies, and achieve key financial targets.
* Develop, motivate, and direct site teams to deliver consistently high standards.
* Identify and implement opportunities to enhance contract performance and secure long-term value.
* Maintain a safe, compliant environment, championing health, safety, and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in Soft FM delivery with proven success at contract/account management level.
* Solid commercial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility and a results-driven mindset.
* Experience managing complex, multi-site operations with a focus on service delivery.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building senior-level client relationships.
* Inspirational leader, skilled in engaging and developing teams.
* Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for efficiency and value creation.
* Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across multiple sites.
* Experience leading change or transformation initiatives.
* Recognised FM or leadership qualifications (e.g. IOSH, IWFM, ILM).
