Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team in Nailsea. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical systems within a commercial office site. Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting planned preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
* Responding promptly to electrical maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently.
* Performing routine inspections to identify potential hazards or malfunctions.
* Diagnosing electrical problems and implementing appropriate solutions.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Collaborating with other members of the maintenance team to achieve operational objectives.
* Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting on work completed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and regulations.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are desirable.
* Full UK driving license.
