You’ll be the voice of our projects—planning and delivering strategic engagement activities that keep customers informed and communities connected. From reducing complaints to building trust, your work will ensure every project leaves a positive impact.
What You’ll Do
* Lead proactive customer engagement for water authority contracts.
* Build strong community relationships through site visits and clear communication.
* Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, reducing complaints.
* Collaborate with project teams to anticipate and address issues.
* Choose the best channels for updates—letters, social media, and more.
* Monitor KPIs and report progress to clients.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in customer engagement or stakeholder management (utilities, construction, or infrastructure preferred).
* Outstanding communication skills—able to simplify technical details for any audience.
* Knowledge of social media, email, and community outreach.
* Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
* IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional evening/weekend meetings.
