HR GO Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join our client based near Gatwick. This role does also involve some Customer Service duties!
Job responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities:
* Checking Accounts Statements when required
* Entering Petty Cash information onto Purchase Ledger
* Maintain customer, employee records.
* Recording of incoming/outgoing material
Site Operations Responsibilities:
* To ensure effective and timely site transaction processing and administration.
* To operate the Company computer system for all material movements and related transactions.
* To operate site and office telephone systems.
* To receive and direct visitors, contractors, and deliveries to the site.
* To ensure Company procedures and operational requirements are adhered to at all times.
