We're looking for a proactive and dedicated Service Desk Coordinator to be an integral part of our service team in Doncaster.
About the Role:
As the Service Desk Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement, responsible for ensuring that both internal and external customers receive services that not only meet but exceed their expectations. You'll use your keen understanding of customer needs to foster loyalty and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming calls and emails, swiftly identifying issues and arranging engineer visits.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
* Organise necessary permits, risk assessments, and access logistics for engineers.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for engineers, ensuring all needs are met.
* Ensure accurate service job documentation and invoicing within our ERP system.
* Prepare tailored quotations for repairs and services and maintain proactive communication with customers.
* Drive sales by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
* Maintain strong relationships with service providers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed financial targets while upholding the highest operational standards.
Who You Are:
* You have a good working knowledge of ICT applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* You are results-driven, commercially minded, and focused on customer solution delivery.
* With excellent attention to detail, you possess strong organisational skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
* You have a wealth of experience in administrative roles and a proven track record in building effective working relationships.
* A driver's license is essential due to occasional site visits.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision).
* Knowledge in site services or the entrance control/engineering industries is a plus.
