We are looking for a Community Liaison Apprentice working for a Globally Leading EPC based in Murton. while also undertaking a Level 4 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Apprenticeship. This roleoffers an exciting opportunity to support and contribute to local communities while working on a nationally significantproject.
Key Responsibilities Community Engagement: Research and understand the needs of local communities to design and deliver meaningful social value initiatives.
Public Representation: Attend school, college, and community events to promote social value efforts and support volunteering activities.
Partnership Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local schools, charities, community groups, and employment and skills organisations.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams and supply chain partners to encourage their involvement in social value programmes.
Monitoring & Reporting: Gather, analyse, and report on social value data to ensure targets are met and progress is tracked.
Content Creation: Develop case studies highlighting the impact of social value activities and assist in producing content for both internal and external communications.
Support Role: Provide cover for the Social Value Officer during periods of absence (no travel to site required).

Ability to work independently and safely with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated, well-organised, and eager to improve processes and challenge the status quo when needed.
