Transport Administrator / Logistics Coordinator

Our prestigious client are looking for a Transport Administrator / Logistics Coordinator to join a busy logistics team based in Redditch. This is an office-based role (no hybrid working) and is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
The Role:
* Book and track the movement of goods
* Keep customers updated throughout the process
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system
* Support the team with day-to-day logistics and admin tasks
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service
The Ideal candidate will have :
* Previous experience in transport or logistics (UK/EU or worldwide) preferred
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage pressure and handle high-profile shipments
* Team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
Hours & Benefits:
* Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (½-hour break)
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (option to purchase up to 5 extra days)
* Competitive salary (depending on experience)
