A fashion brand in London are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join their rapidly growing team.

The Role
* Establish close working relationships with the buying and design team, working together with other departments to formulate strategies and deliver on them.
* Support planning of budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy, based on the overall business and financial goals of the company
* Control stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intakes (using the WSSI).
* Report and present in weekly and monthly trade meetings
* Regularly updates and forecasts WSSI and category WSSIs. Clearly highlights risks and opportunities across sales, stock, and intake. Delivers monthly reforecasts with rationale and action points to the Head of Trading and Finance. Aligns priorities with Buying, Merchandising, and Production teams.
* Analyse and monitor the best and worst sellers, using this information to make informed trade actions on a weekly basis.
* Presents a clear story of weekly performance using data insights, with key actions for all teams. Monitors daily trading, especially around launches, and adapts intake and stock plans quickly. Brings new ideas to improve reporting and insight.
* Recommend any promotions and re-buys where necessary, using relevant data to make these decisions.
* Leads the way to maximise department potential through commercial, collaborative, and strategic decision making.
About You
* Experience as a Senior AM or Junior Merchandiser
* Advanced Excel user with excellent attention to detail. Proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
* Highly organised, forward-thinking, and confident in managing critical paths across teams to maximise trading opportunities. Skilled in WSSI, OTB, intake, forecasting, range planning, and markdown strategy.
* Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset. Strong communicator and negotiator, building effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
